This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between you and Appliance Point Enterprise (“AppliancePoint”) regarding your use of this website www.appliancepointgh.com (“Website”). By using the Website, you are entering into this Agreement with Appliance Point and indicating that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use the Website. Appliance point reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions as it pleases and without prior notice.

All information that a Customer provides for the purpose of processing a Hire Purchase facility or order shall be treated confidentially. We shall not share Customer information with any unauthorized persons. We may share Customer information with our business partners who assist in delivery or any other service that is pertinent to the processing of the Customer’s Hire Purchase facility or order. Appliance Point may use any information relating to the Customer for evaluating the hire purchase or credit purchase application. Appliance Point may also share such information with any licensed credit referencing bureau.

Appliancepoint endeavors to ensure that the information presented on the Website is as accurate as possible. Appliancepoint takes no liability to any Visitor for incorrect, unlawful or unreliable information presented on the Website.

4. Trademarks

All the information including and not limited to trademarks, names, logos, images and text displayed on the Website is the property of Appliance Point. Nothing including and not limited to the above mentioned items contained on the Website should be copied, reproduced or manipulated without the prior written permission of the Appliance Point.

External links provided to the Customer on the Website are beyond the control of Appliance Point. We therefore take no responsibility for any outcome resulting from access to it.

6. Order Process

Any order or facility sought by the Customer is subject to final acceptance or approval by the Appliance Point. Once the Appliance Point receives an order hire purchase request from the Customer we may send an order acknowledgement message with the details of the products in the request. An acknowledgement message does not count as an order confirmation. An order will be confirmed once Appliance Point has approved Customer’s hire purchase request.

7. Description and pricing

The description of the products as displayed on the Website at the time the Customer places an order with samples, drawings, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising is for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described.

Every effort is made by the Appliance Point to ensure that prices shown on the Website are accurate. If an error is found, the Appliance Point will inform the Customer as soon as possible and offer the option of reconfirming the order/request at the correct price, or cancelling the order/request.

All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and unless expressly stated otherwise, include Tax (where applicable) at the applicable current rates, but does not include delivery charges.

8. Product warranties

All products are covered by warranties against manufacturing faults and defects. These Warranties are also offered by all Appliance Point partner vendors or dealers who are authorized dealers/distributors of brands retailed by Appliance Point. All warranties are subject to warranty terms and conditions.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

Appliance Point makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees in any form regarding the Website and its use. Appliance Point shall not be responsible for and disclaims any liability for any loss, liability, damage (direct, indirect or consequential), injury or expense that may occur as a result of your access and/or use of the Website and any information contained on the Website.

By accessing and using our Website you waive any and all claims you may have against Appliance Point in respect to the above mentioned.
